Loving the Google Reader discovery
Question: Is there an easier way to view interesting writing from other bloggers from a single opened web page?
Again most of you may be thinking duuuhhrr. Needed to share this exciting discovery with other newbies out there.
Upon starting Music’s Place the writings of many bloggers have caught my attention. Their style of writing, to page layout and most importantly the great quality information presented. (Note to self: Must learn to place a blogroll on the sidebar or at least update that intial links page).
Anyway as opening the third RSS feed from explorers browsers saved feeds a thought spasm had me asking how can this reading process simplified? A solution was already available via loading Google Reader (a web based aggregator able to read Atom or RSS feeds). The reader enables the user i.e. you to subscribe to all your favourite websites feeds and access their writings through one screen. Posts are summarised into blocks and very easy to scroll through. Should a particular topic attract your attention or the desire to bookmark their post to your favourite social network a simple click will let you enter their page. Â
There is no need to enter into lengthy discussion here. All that is required that you type ‘google reader ‘ into your search engine and you’ll be instructed what to do in order to have the application running for you in not time.
I’m sure that 80% of you out there already know this but to the 20% that don’t I hope you enjoy the benefits of using Google Reader and the increased time savings it provides.

This is a wonderful blog and a nice summary here
